Paul S-U Kang has merger and finance experience in technology, telecommunications,
healthcare, and financial institutions. As a principal, he has led early
stage companies, was in merchant banking at Goldman Sachs (also involved
in mergers and financings), and was a brand manager with Procter &
Gamble. He received an A.B. in mathematics from Harvard and an M.B.A.
from Stanford.
Vincent Yeh has extensive finance, legal and technical experience.
His finance experience includes Goldman Sachs and Salomon Brothers. Mr.
Yeh was also a corporate lawyer at Cravath for 5 years and at Skadden
Arps for 2 years. He is licensed to practice law in NY, D.C., and MA.
He holds masters degrees in both computer science and physics from Kentucky
and a J.D. from Harvard.
Cliff Park has been a consultant to many of the leading U.S. corporations
with regard to employee benefits and organization. In his 13 years as
a consultant, he has been with Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse, and
KPMG Peat Marwick. He has also been a successful entrepreneur as CFO and
CEO. He has a B.S. and B.A. from SUNY Buffalo.
William Agudelo has been a technology manager and entrepreneur.
He has been Chief Technical Officer and co-founder of Biscom, a multi-media
hardware and software company. He was formerly with Wang Laboratories.
He received his M.S. from MIT.
Stanley R. Silver has been a senior manager for early stage companies
including Software Quicker, Platte River Research and T1 Systems. Previously,
he was with CitiCorp and Draper. Mr. Silver received an M.S. and B.S.
from the MIT.
Tina Park has had a successful career with Loral in space systems
and guidance, including software and firmware design. She received a B.S.
from Georgia and M.S. from MIT.
Min W. Lee has been significant experience in financing and mergers
in Asia. He also has been a successful entrepreneur, including founding
and later selling an Internet diet/health portal. He received a B.S. in
computer science from UC Irvine.
